Pusch Ridge Golf Course is Featured in Golf Channel TV Commercial
The video above is a Pusch Ridge Golf TV commercial showing on the Golf Channel!
Indigo Golf (the company that manages the course) produced it at the beginning of the season and has been running on the regional Golf Channel.
It even aired during the Waste Management Phoenix Open Tournament the weekend of February 12, 2023!
Welcome Darryl Janisse
The Board and Advisors of Friends of Pusch Ridge are excited to welcome Darryl Janisse as the new General Manager at El Conquistador Golf.
Darryl's past work experience includes over 30 years in the golf industry, mostly at Rio Verde Country Club, where he started as an assistant golf professional, spent 20+ years as the Director of Golf, and three years as Director of Golf/Assistant General Manager. He also served as Interim General Manager at Terravita Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ, and Bookcliff Country Club in Grand Junction, CO, and most recently as the General Manager of Tumble Brook Country Club in Bloomfield, CT.
We look forward to meeting Darryl soon and welcoming him to Oro Valley!

As we enter the second half of the second year of the Town's three-year commitment to keep Pusch Ridge open, we encourage our readers to keep playing the course. Doing so will help prove that the course is popular, gorgeous complement to the Town’s Parks and Recreation offerings!
The course is getting lots of play, despite the inconsistent weather, and the Indigo team has been responsive to requests to keep improving the course’s play. If you haven’t played in the last couple weeks, we encourage you to come play another round. You’ll notice improvements to the greens and the fringe and to cart signage.
The data below came from the Oro Valley Town Manager's February Report on Pusch Ridge golf rounds. Even with the February weather challenges,
We exceeded February total rounds from last year (2373 vs. 2299.)
El Con Golf member rounds are up significantly with 323/Feb 23 vs. 189/Feb 22, and
FOPRG league rounds increased from Feb 22 (413/Feb 23 vs. 384/Feb 22.)

We Want Your Used Clubs!
Tired of moving your old golf clubs from one corner of your garage to the other, wondering if it's finally time to get rid of them? Well, wonder no more!
FOPRG is launching a used golf equipment drive in April to benefit First Tee of Tucson.
First Tee needs clubs of all brands and types (women's, men's, kid's, left-handed, right-handed, etc.) They can also use functional golf bags, decent used golf balls, and cash donations!
Stay tuned for exact dates in April when FOPRG volunteers will be stationed at the Pusch Ridge Golf Course and at the 18-holes El Con courses eager to offload your used equipment.
