About Us

The Friends of Pusch Ridge Golf is a volunteer 501(c)(3) organization located in Oro Valley, Arizona. The group is open to anyone with an interest in increasing play and preserving and maintaining the Pusch Ridge Golf Course.

 

Our purpose is to:

  • Promote interest and activity in all levels and ages of golf at Pusch Ridge Golf Course

  • Serve as a liaison to the Town of Oro Valley Council, town staff, and the golf course operators/managers

 

Current leadership include:

  • President: Tony D’Angelo, El Conquistador Resort Patio Homes HOA

  • Vice President: Anna Bifano, El Conquistador Resort Patio Homes HOA

  • Secretary: Dan Talsma, El Conquistador Resort Patio Homes HOA

  • Treasurer: Stan New, El Conquistador Resort Patio Homes HOA

  • Director, Communications: Anji Verlaque, El Conquistador Resort Patio Homes HOA

  • Director, Water Resources: Niranjan Vescio, Shadows of the Ridge HOA 2

Advisors include:

We are constant discussions with the Town of Oro Valley (course owner) and Indigo Golf Partners (contracted course manager) to assist with 5 important initiatives:

 

1.   Ensure the preservation of this remarkable course.

2.   Encourage play and the formation of leagues.

3.   Enhance the playability of the course.

4.   Improve its economic viability.

5.   Reduce its potable water usage.
