Registration for our November 20, 2026 tournament is now open.

Typically, our fall tournament is labeled a celebration of the course opening for the season; this year, we will be celebrating and honoring our friend and community member, Dorothy New, as well as other friends and family members who have been affected by cancer. 

We lost Dorothy, after a short battle, to bile duct cancer on October 19th. She was surrounded by her family in Colorado In her honor, we will donate 90% of the tournament profits to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation, whose mission is to find a cure and improve quality of life for those affected by bile duct cancer: https://www.cholangiocarcinoma.org.  

Dorothy was a long-time member of The Quails women’s golf league, playing at Pusch Ridge since she and her husband, Stan, moved to Oro Valley in 2014. Stan and Dorothy also played frequently with the Prickly Pairs mixed casual league. They were beloved members of the Pusch Ridge Community.

As most of you know, Stan was instrumental in establishing Friends of Pusch Ridge Golf.  He helped form our non-profit, was our treasurer for five years, helped create and manage our registration process, and led the Monday Men’s group, which has grown to include participants from all over Oro Valley, Marana, and Tucson.  Stan and Dorothy were married for over 50 years, were snowbirds from Colorado, and have two grown sons and 4 grandchildren in Colorado.

Golf and Lunch ticket details:
Cost per ticket: $65.00 - limited to 54 players.

The shotgun starts at 9:00 AM.  Plan to arrive by 8:15 AM to allow time for parking, check-in, announcements, buy mulligans, 50/50 tickets and more!

Ticket price includes: Golf, buffet lunch (served by Fork N Fire) and one (1) drink ticket. A limited-options cash bar will be available during lunch.

Lunch will be served from 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM.

Cost per ticket: $25.00

Lunch time: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Ticket price includes: Buffet lunch (served by Fork N Fire) and one (1) drink ticket. A limited-options cash bar will be available during lunch.
