On a beautiful spring morning under a canopy of trees in the Butterfly Garden, El Conquistador Patio Homes came together for their annual Pancake Breakfast. Tony D’Angelo, organizer and celebrated chef, flipped pancakes and grilled sausage while other volunteers loaded our plates and slathered on butter. The adjoining HOA’s were also invited to join in the fun.
The event was an opportunity to increase awareness about Friends of Pusch Ridge Golf and raise funds for future projects. Many generous participants donated money and ordered Friends baseball hats with our distinctive logo. We want to blanket Oro Valley and beyond with our hats – it’s all about awareness, publicity and of course MAKING MORE FRIENDS. …Our ecstatic Treasurer, Stan New, reported that the final tally of generous gifts resulted in $1,823.00.
