Cinco de Mayo Scramble Registration Information

It’s here! And you are invited!

Register now for the Friends May 5th Cinco de Mayo golf scramble celebrating an incredible 1st season of golf at the re-opened Pusch Ridge Golf Course!

Thanks to you, we have much to be grateful for: Indigo Golf’s course restoration and incredible team; the Town of Oro Valley’s improvements and partnership with FOPRG; three new and successful leagues; and players of all ages who have enjoyed fast, fun, and affordable golf day after day on this Oro Valley gem!

Based on our season-opening event, we expect spots will fill up quickly! Registration will be on a ‘first come first served’ basis, and each golf registration will be limited to four (4) players per golf registration.

Registration Options:

  1. Morning Shotgun - The four-person best ball scramble will start at 8:30 am and is limited to 52 golfers. The $45 entry fee includes the scramble, brunch, and prizes.

  2. Social Luncheon - Don’t play golf but want to join in on the festivities? Join us for a Cinco de Mayo brunch and celebration for a mere $25! (Limited to 25 people!)

For both players and non-players, the brunch and celebration event will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. A beverage will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own beverage of choice as well.

Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin, long drive for both men and women, and lowest team score.) We plan to spread the success love around – so only one prize per person! We will also have raffle prizes during the brunch.

Arrival Times:

Players - plan to arrive between 7:45 and 8:00 am for check-in. We will be serving donuts and OJ and handing out water for your cart! We will head out to our designated holes at 8:20 am.

Brunch and celebration only guests – Please plan to arrive between 10:30 - 11:00 am.

Location of brunch and celebration:

Brunch and celebration will be held on the lawn next to the Pusch Ridge tennis courts.

Parking:

Due to limited parking in the upper golf lot, we highly recommend carpooling. Parking will be available in the upper golf lot or in the lower (former) horse stable area. Golf cart shuttles will be available for anyone who parks in the horse stable area.

Any profits or donations will be used for Friends of Pusch Ridge projects in support of the continued success of the course, pro-shop and marketing opportunities.

If you have anything you would like to donate for a raffle prize, please contact Anna Bifano or Carolyn Weinig. Our contact info is at the end of this message.
